Business Navigator
As Business Navigator you will be part of Group Procurement’s Business Development, a young team of focused and dynamic colleagues. Through the position you work closely together with the rest of Group Procurement, an international department with colleagues from all around the world. Furthermore you are exposed to the rest of Carlsberg’s global organization and the knowledge you gain and the network you build will be of value in the longer run if you want to pursue a long term career within Carlsberg.
The position offers a unique opportunity to influence your assignments and the future setup as it will be designed to fit the skills, interests and ambitions of the individual. You will be one of the main drivers in developing and implementing strategic projects, sourcing processes and tools and in setting the strategic agenda for Group Procurement.
Your primary areas of responsibility will be as follows:
- Project based category support and strategic analysis
- Ensure fact based and analytical sourcing approaches and to identify the most successful problem solving approach
- Assist strategic procurement projects driven by Business Development
- Share knowledge with other Business Navigators and the rest of Group Procurement to ensure that best practice continuously is captured and applied on a global level
Top performing Talents wanted
You are a top performing recent graduate at Master level and you have a firm theoretical grounding in business development and processes. Experience from a relevant part-time job during your studies or a full time job is an advantage.
To succeed in the position you have strong economic, analytical and strategic skills. You like to improve processes and look for better solutions and have a proactively challenging and strategic mindset. To be in charge and show initiative comes naturally to you and you are capable of both working independently and as part of a team. Furthermore, you are able to communicate strongly regardless of the level and type of stakeholders.
You are an experienced user of Power Point, Word and Excel and have good IT skills in general. Besides, you communicate fluently in English, other language skills (spoken) will be considered as a plus.
