The department is part of our global Forecasting & Market Development function centrally placed in Billund. The position will sharpen your business analytical skills and conceptual mindset – and open wide your future career opportunities.
Lead commercial projects centered on Key Account Management
You will lead and advise commercial projects aimed at improving sales and trade marketing initiatives across the LEGO Group. By enhancing and aligning the way we access, analyse and capitalise on detailed market knowledge, you will help drive our ambitious customer excellence agenda and build a global best practice culture throughout the organisation.
You will take a conceptual approach to the tasks, acting as a process facilitator and consultant, and developing strong cross-functional networks. You will drive the development of an intercompany sales website – a knowledge sharing portal for bridging our sales teams across the LEGO Group. Furthermore, you will influence the direction of KAM business planning and roll it out in the markets.
Commercial project driver and customer visionary
You hold a degree in Economics or Business Administration – plus you have some years’ experience driving commercial initiatives in an FMCG context. For example, you might have worked as a commercial project manager or a high-level Key Account Manager. Since you will be dealing with sales processes and complex customer data, knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage – though not a requirement.
You are highly results-oriented and capable of detecting improvement potential using structured data analysis combined with innovative and visionary thinking. Further, you have great communication skills and you are able to convey your agenda throughout the organisation. As you will join a global organisation, you should be fluent in spoken and written English.
