Improve our global forecasting and demand planning processes
The Global Forecasting team is responsible for driving and continually optimising commercial forecasting and demand planning processes throughout all the LEGO Group’s business units. As consultant you will help improve tools and processes related to our forecasting and demand planning efforts, just as you will set up capability building projects involving colleagues across the markets, to strengthen the overall forecasting performance.
Taking on a dedicated project manager role, you will ensure successful facilitation and execution of global optimisation projects, managing time lines, stakeholder interaction, involvement of Corporate IT etc. Also, you will thoroughly document your work and results, enabling the entire organisation to benefit from stronger and more efficient forecasting and demand planning processes.
M.Sc. in economics, business administration or similar
You have an M.Sc. in Economics, Business Administration or similar, and you have experience within demand planning/demand management as well as project management and stakeholder management. In addition, your background provides you with at least a basic understanding of sales & operations planning. Ideally, you are familiar with the basics of SAP or other ERP platforms.
You are used to executing projects, which is reflected in your proactive and independent nature – and in your diplomatic attitude, allowing you to successfully promote your initiatives and obtain buy-in from all parts of a complex organisation. Finally, you are fluent in English, written and spoken.
