Job Description
As Delivery Lead your primary responsibilities will be:
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Responsible for planning and executing complex IT projects (on-site and offshore)
- Manage client expectations
- Manage subcontractors
- Quality assure deliveries
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Identify and manage issues and risks
- Manage project financials
People Development and Management
- Motivate people
- Act as a coach and create a high performing project organization
- Manage and develop team competency
- Foster new talent
Qualifications
- As Project Leader, 6-9 years of relevant experience since your graduation
- As Senior Project Leader, 10-15 years of relevant experience since your graduation
- Master degree within Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
- Outstanding track record within the field of Project management
- Ability to travel when applicable
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
