Grundfos Graduate Programme, Bjerringbro / Denmark

1 Apr 2010

Are you looking for influence and responsibility from day one in your first job as a newly graduated? Grundfos is looking for four talented employees with prosperous career perspectives for the Grundfos Graduate Programme.

Design your individualized programme

As a Graduate you take control of your own career. Taking matters into your hands, you tailor the programme to meet your personal requirements and ambitions.

A typical programme consists of four projects in four different departments. These projects constitute the building blocks of the programme, and they are your way of accelerating competence growth. Each of the four projects lasts about 6 months and at least one project should be located outside Denmark. In this way you get the opportunity to experience different disciplines, develop a global network and improve your cultural and language skills.

Three tracks

Grundfos provides a two-year Graduate Programme that features the following tracks:

  • Engineering (eg. Product Development, Research or Supply Chain Management)
  • Finance (eg. Group Finance, Sales/Production Finance or Compliance & Audit)
  • Business (eg. Business Development, Marketing, HR, Strategy, Supply Chain Management or Business Excellence)

Our offer

We focus on utilizing your potential through regular evaluation and coaching, and you will have a mentor to support your professional development and organisational understanding. We will also offer you the training and courses needed to meet your goals. In addition, you and the other graduates in Grundfos will meet regularly and exchange experiences.

We offer a 2-year contract and a competitive salary. After the two years we will help you find a permanent position in your preferred part of Grundfos.

Who can apply?

You can apply if you are about to or have recently graduated with a master’s degree in engineering, finance or business. Moreover you must:

  • Present a solid academic record – you are one of the best!
  • Extra curricular activity that shows curiosity and adaptability
  • International experience from eg. project work or a semester abroad
  • Hold a Danish work permit
  • Excellent English skills, orally and in writing

Being a graduate requires the ability to take initiatives, challenge the existing, drive your projects independently towards results and at the same time build and create relations with the stakeholders around you.
