You drive HSE activities and promote a strong safety culture
Reporting to the CEO of Maersk FPSOs your responsibilities will include driving day to day HSE activities in Maersk FPSOs as well as providing advice to management on compliance with international regulations and legislation, e.g. SOLAS, ISM, safety cases and similar goal setting regimes. Further, you promote and drive a strong safety culture through personal involvement, training and campaigns in Maersk FPSOs – and you measure and appraise HSE performance in order to drive continuous improvement. Finally, you utilise lessons learned in support of our ‘target zero’ principle in Maersk FPSOs and assist the FPSO operation with ad hoc activities regarding HSE, e.g. analysis, inspections, safety audits and investigations.
As Head of HSE, you will be placed in FPSO’s in Lyngby, Denmark, and work together with the global QM/HSE department. You will be part of a team of both professional and enthusiastic colleagues and your professional development will be given top priority.
Great leadership skills and HSE knowledge
Your leadership skills are central, as you will be leading a small dynamic team of 4 people in the daily FPSO business. Further, you know the ins and outs of oil production and related safety processes, just as general knowledge of HSE is crucial in order to be successful in this position.
