
The candidate should have the ability to engage senior client executives on a business level, recognizing priorities and opportunities from the client’s perspective. This role requires the ability to translate client priorities into opportunities for IBM to apply its Healthcare capabilities and solutions portfolio.
The successful candidate’s focus will be on growing revenue and profit of our existing business, and creating references and proof points for IBM’s Healthcare solutions, as they will be responsible for aligning IBM’s selling and delivery teams around the client opportunities.
This position will report up to the IBM Global Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry General Manager.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Evangelize IBM’s Health Integration Framework (internally and externally) and set the client agenda for a ‘Smarter Healthcare’ vision
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Healthcare market and differentiate the unique value delivered through IBM’s offerings within this domain
- Develop and execute a Health Integration Framework solution sales strategy within targeted clients
- Coordinate and lead multi-disciplined teams across concurrent multiple opportunities, producing revenue results for IBM’s Health Integration Framework
- Lead collaborative marketing and enablement activities with the field client teams, brands, and partners
