Supply Chain Graduates is a graduate program within the LEGO Global Supply Chain business area. It is based on the philosophy that people grow more if they are given more responsibility. In a fast-paced, ever-changing international environment like ours, this requires a high amount of skills and determination. Therefore Supply Chain Graduates is a program for the few. We seek only the best.

The graduate program lasts 18 months and consists of three rotations of each six months. From day one you will be given responsibility of business-critical processes and experience different phases of projects and operations within the LEGO Global Supply Chain, for example forecasting and planning, sourcing, LEAN projects etc. In addition, you will attend training that will further your knowledge on relevant business topics. The program is structured to ensure that you are constantly challenged and that you strengthen your project management, leadership and team working skills.

THE PROGRAM STEP BY STEP

The program begins in June 2010 and will kick off with an introduction course for all Supply Chain
Graduates. After this, you will be assigned a position in the LEGO Global Supply Chain. Your position will be based on how your competencies match the needs the organization.

- 1st rotation: You will be assigned a position in one of the seven locations of the LEGO Global Supply Chain. During this stage you will focus on getting an understanding of the LEGO business structure, products and company values.
- 2nd rotation: An opportunity to experience a new part of the LEGO Global Supply Chain, either in your home region or abroad. At this stage, focus will be on project management.
- 3rd rotation: An opportunity to consolidate your local network or alternatively explore our global business landscape. At this stage, focus will be on personal leadership and competence development.

In each rotation you are expected to utilize and build onto the experience that you gain during the program.

With every rotation you will have a manager supporting you. Throughout the program you will be coached by a personal mentor who will challenge you to perform your best. At the end of each rotation, we will evaluate and assess your performance in terms of learning, the results you have made and the way in which you have achieved them. The evaluations will ensure focus and direction in your professional and personal development.

A FUTURE WITH THE LEGO GROUP

When you have completed the Supply Chain Graduates program you are qualified to hold a management or specialist position within the LEGO Global Supply Chain. At this stage, we will assess your total performance in the program and hopefully be able to offer you permanent employment with the organization.
