Best Practice – Operational & Strategic – People Management
You will be part of an IT management team deeply inspired by the Danaher Business Systems philosophy – and strongly committed to supporting business strategies and objectives. Your key responsibility will be management of the Project Execution and ECOMM. As the new team manager, however, you must also participate actively in projects, and lead smaller as well as larger business-sponsored projects.
The right candidate will strive to be both operational and strategic, and have the ambitions for a senior management position.
The job
To become successful, you must improve the overall IT project deliveries through project participation, development of the needed resources, and implementation of efficient project management processes. Furthermore development of the relationship with business stakeholders must be improved. Your responsibilities and tasks will among others include:
- People Management.
- Implementation of project management model / best practice.
- Implementation of vendor management model / best practice.
- Developing and driving business interaction based on project activities.
- Supporting IT strategy implementation, i.e. by developing an ITIL strategy.
- Fluent in English.
Qualifications

- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably commercial / communication or IT.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with management of business-related IT projects.
- Experience in development and implementation of IT strategies combined with solid commercial understanding.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience with people management as well as project management.
- Certified or trained in ITIL, IMPA, Prince2 or similar best practices.
- Experience with web development.
- Intercultural and cross-organizational understanding and experience (internationally).
