The person should monitor and report on the Quality Targets for the new releases. Also, should take responsibility for the Configuration Control activities like running system builds and setting up and maintaining on site development and test environments.
Responsibilities:
- The person will be responsible for testing and quality control for all deliveries to the system. This includes minor and major releases. He/She should take charge of the entire System Testing and Quality control cycle for the system
- The person should manage the Amdocs Configuration Control for all the versions of the system. Setup, support and maintain on site development/test environments
- Work under loose supervision and close interaction with the onsite team and also with the client
- Reports to Amdocs Site Manager
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Amdocs quality control processes and methodology is a must
- Should have experience in testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with using Amdocs Configuration Control tools and working with Amdocs Infra tools an advantage
- Be ready to put in extra effort when required
- Should be a quick learner and a team player
- Have good communication skills
- Experience of working at customer site to support implementation
- Experience and knowledge of Ensemble is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience in Amdocs if possible
- Experience in Customer Care and Billing systems for Telecoms
- Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of Danish language will be a great advantage
