This role will be responsible for a number of markets within the European region with responsibility for improving the commercial performance of the stores by increasing the turnover and maximising profitability.
Reporting to the European Retail Director, you will lead the retail operations team at our European headquarters, forging effective relationships with the key stakeholders in the markets, as well as our global headquarters in Denmark.
Responsible for all ECCO branded space, your primary focus will be on stores, assuming the role of operations expert in order to constantly improve efficiency in the branded sales environment. As part of the commercial management team, you will also be a driving force in the company’s efforts to implement ambitious plans for developing branded sales in the region, as well as developing Retail Operations in a number of markets in the region.
You will develop a central European operations team that will excel in all areas and deliver the tools and actions that promote growth and profitability.
We are looking for an individual with a tertiary education, as least 7 years’ commercial experience in a similar environment, knowledge of the retail/fashion industry and international exposure.
