The main responsabilties are
- deliver revenue and margin
- grow hp’s inkjet market share and leadership hardware and aftermarket
- country category management and product life cycle management
- drive and achieve breakthrough results on inkjet and web solutions strategic initiatives to extend hp’s leadership and drive for growth. ( grow supplies business , drive OfficeJet pro as ideal small and medium business alternative to low end laser, execute iws value propositions to the different customer segments …)
- drive retail sales strategy and management of the retail sales team to deliver targets for ipg and qualitiative metrics online, instore as example.
- retail/consumer spokes person for hp in these markets
- manage and lead a team consisting of iws /trade marketing , iws brand managers and ipg sales specialists
- business planning and management
- consumer and micro business through the retail channel .
- Applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business issues within established policies.
- Plans, directs, and monitors operational/tactical activities.
Qualifications
- strong business experience including business management and sales management
- strong leadership , self starter , high energy
- capable to operate in a complex organisational model – multiple countries, multiple functions, multiple segments
- experience in retail channel sales and category management are an asset
- proof of strong planning and execution capability
- people management experience is a prerequisite
- excellent track record of financial capability to manage business within budget and to drive through the organisation
- capable of leading and driving change
