Senior Business Controller – Group Performance, Grundfos HQ

We are looking for an ambitious, outgoing and empathic Senior Business Controller to challenge and support the growth strategy of the Grundfos Group.

Your challenges and tasks

As Senior Business controller you will participate in worldwide business performance controlling related to companies, products and supply chains. It is expected that you can undertake complex tasks across the Group and that you will be assigned responsibility for projects with financial planning and/or performance management. Areas within business controlling are:

  • Financial planning and forecasting.
  • Group performance evaluation system.
  • Analysis and evaluation of Group profit in relation to products, companies and regions.
  • Investment analysis.
  • Business controlling.
  • Manage projects independently.
  • Identify performance improvement in various business areas and companies.
  • Providing Group Management with monthly reports on sales performance.
  • Participate in the Grundfos Strategy Process.

Your background and competencies

You should have minimum 5-8 years of experience within finance controlling, auditing or as Financial Manager and preferably some of the years you have worked within a major production unit. Besides that you should have a good business understanding in general and international experience within complex organisations is preferred. The ideal candidate should have solid IT competencies – mainly SAP and SAPBW. Speaking and writing English fluently is a must.
