The objective of the department is to create value through effective portfolio strategy and resource allocation on strategic and tactical level and to improve performance by developing clear and focused strategies and activity plans that improve performance in the short and long-term.
District Energy is expected to experience high growth the coming years. An increasing number of countries are using district heating- and cooling systems powered by renewable energy sources such as biomass and solar a way to improve energy efficiency and grow the use of renewable energy. Danfoss District Energy is a market leader and full solution provider within automatic controls and stations to the District Energy market with strong presence in Europe, Russia and China.
Areas of responsibility
- Structure, develop and manage strategy projects to drive performance and growth
- Act as an internal consultant
- Work closely and continuously with Divisional as well as Business Unit management
- Manage internal project teams as well as external consultants
- Develop presentations for Danfoss District Energy management
You have high commitment, energy and top qualifications
You will be an integral part driving performance and direction for District Energy in the coming years. This requires high dedication and well documented results:
- Min. 3-5 years of experience with strategy work and business case development
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Able to work at all levels in an international organisation
- Strong personal skills: Empathy, creativity, independence and self-confidence
- Fluent in English
- Strong academic results required
